Return & Refund Policy

Because my products are handmade, made to order, customized and/or assembled specifically for each customer, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

Please carefully review all product details, personalization, colors, sizes and shipping information before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Plaster Transit & Damage Policy

We take immense pride in carefully wrapping, padding, and protecting your plaster shapes before they leave our workshop. However, because cured plaster is a naturally fragile material, minor chipping or cracking can occasionally occur during shipping handling.

What to do if your item arrives damaged:

1. Take a Photo: Take a clear photo of the broken plaster shape inside its original packaging.

2. Contact Us: Email us at mary@willteachartforcoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your Order Number in the subject line.

3. Our Guarantee: For any mold that arrives broken or unusable, we will immediately issue a partial refund for that piece or ship a replacement mold out to you free of charge.

Please note: Minor cosmetic chalking or tiny surface bubbles are normal characteristics of hand-poured plaster and will disappear completely once painted. These variations do not affect the structural safety or playability of the kit.
