Welcome to willteachartforcoffee.com (the "Website"). By accessing our Website, purchasing our physical craft kits, or participating in our art instructional tutorials, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our Website, interacting with our content, or purchasing products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, or contributors of content.

2. Intellectual Property & Art Tutorials

  • Proprietary Ownership: All original content, features, and functionality displayed on this Website—including but not limited to digital art tutorials, step-by-step instructional guides, video lessons, text, photography, graphics, logo designs, and the unique shapes of our pre-cast plaster molds—are the sole intellectual property of willteachartforcoffee.com and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Limited Educational License: When you purchase a craft kit or access a tutorial (whether free or paid) on this Website, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license intended strictly for personal, non-commercial, or individual classroom educational use.

  • Strict Prohibition on Commercial Exploitation: You are strictly prohibited from duplicating, reproducing, distributing, selling, publicizing, screen-recording, or commercially exploiting any instructional materials, design concepts, or videos created by willteachartforcoffee.com. You may not host paid workshops, public events, or commercial classes using our exact proprietary video or text guides without express prior written consent from us.

3. Product Purchases & Brand Disclaimers

  • Independent Creations: The physical DIY plaster craft painting kits sold through our store are compiled, curated, and independently manufactured or packaged by willteachartforcoffee.com.

  • Material Disclosures: Our kits utilize premium, high-quality commercial materials, specifically genuine DAP® brand Plaster of Paris for our pre-cast molds and genuine Crayola® brand paints. For the convenience of our customers, we transfer these bulk raw materials into individual, kit-sized convenience packaging.

  • Trademark & Affiliation Disclaimer: willteachartforcoffee.com is an entirely independent business entity. We have no formal affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement from DAP Global Inc., Crayola LLC, or their parent companies. All trademarks, brand names, and product names are the sole property of their respective owners.

4. Shipping, Fragile Materials, & Damage Policy

  • Fragile Material Acknowledgment: Our plaster shapes are shipped fully dried and cured for immediate painting. Cured plaster is a naturally fragile chemical compound that can chip, scratch, or break if dropped or subjected to rough handling during mail transit.

  • Damage Claims: If a plaster mold arrives broken, cracked, or completely unusable, you must notify us at mary@willteachartforcoffee.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged item inside its original packaging. Valid claims will be resolved with a partial refund or a replacement item shipped at our expense.

  • Cosmetic Variance: Minor cosmetic chalking, faint texture lines, or tiny surface air bubbles are normal characteristics of hand-poured plaster and are not considered manufacturing defects. These characteristics disappear entirely once the material is painted.

5. Product Safety & Limitation of Liability

  • Age Grading Compliance: Our craft kits are formally rated and intended for children ages 3 and up.

  • Choking Hazard Warning: Due to the inclusion of small paint pots and potential small fragments if plaster breaks, these kits contain small parts. They are not safe or intended for children under 3 years of age. Active adult supervision is strictly required for all children during crafting activities.

  • Limitation of Damages: In no event shall willteachartforcoffee.com, its owners, or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the misuse of our products, household property stains caused by permanent paints, minor injuries from broken plaster edges, or individual allergic reactions to ingredients. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

6. Prohibited Website Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • To violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, or local laws.

  • To submit false, deceptive, or misleading information through our contact or checkout systems.

  • To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code that could impact the functionality or security of our Squarespace hosting environment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the specific state in which our business is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
